(Photo above taken Summer 2013: a “wolf sign” marking the northern border of the tribe of Benjamin. This would indicate the southern-most boundary of biblical Samaria and the beginning northern boundary of biblical Judea, which included Benjamin and Jerusalem, as well as Judah. The next sign seen was of Ofra, and a little farther on, the town of BETHEL appeared, meaning both places are technically part of Judea. However, Benjamin is generally thought of as part of Samaria. Jacob gave blessings to his sons before his death in Egypt, including Benjamin, the younger brother of Joseph.)
